This distinction is important. Namecheap states that its separate 30-day Shared Hosting money-back guarantee applies to qualifying first-time Shared Hosting customers who start their account without the 30-day trial.
Do not assume that taking the free trial automatically gives you another independent 30-day refund period afterward.
Renewal pricing matters
