Namecheap Shared Hosting 30-Day Free Trial

Namecheap is currently advertising a 30-day free trial across its Shared Hosting plans. The trial lets an eligible user test the hosting service before the first paid charge, but paid pricing, trial limits and renewal conditions should be understood before signing up.

Namecheap 30-day Shared Hosting trial: what is verified

CrazyiBuy last verified this offer on September 12, 2026. Namecheap’s current Shared Hosting page displays $0.00 for 30 days on Stellar, Stellar Plus and Stellar Business.

No fixed public end date was displayed when CrazyiBuy checked the offer, so we treat it as an active offer that requires periodic re-verification rather than inventing an expiry date.

What you get

Eligible users can start one Namecheap Shared Hosting trial for 30 days at $0 before paid plan pricing applies.

At the time of our verification, Namecheap displayed these after-trial introductory prices:

  • Stellar: $2.28/month.
  • Stellar Plus: $2.98/month.
  • Stellar Business: $4.98/month.

These are promotional/first-term prices shown by Namecheap and can change. Renewal prices are higher, so check the final checkout and renewal amount before purchasing.

What is included?

Namecheap currently advertises features across its Shared Hosting range including cPanel, unmetered bandwidth, automatic SSL installation, website migration and Supersonic CDN. Individual plans differ in storage, website limits, mailboxes, backup features and other resources.

Stellar is the entry-level option, while Stellar Plus and Stellar Business provide larger or broader resource allowances. Do not choose only by the discount percentage; choose based on the websites and resources you actually need.

Who this offer may suit

  • Someone who wants to test conventional cPanel-based hosting before paying.
  • A small website or WordPress user who does not need a dedicated virtual server.
  • A user comparing Shared Hosting providers and wanting time to inspect the control panel and workflow.
  • Someone who may host multiple sites and wants to compare the higher Shared Hosting plans.

Important trial limitations

Namecheap states that the trial is limited across its Shared Hosting plans. Its current product page says one trial per account, while additional terms in the page disclaimers include term and household restrictions.

The trial is therefore not intended to be repeatedly opened through additional accounts.

The trial is not the same as the money-back guarantee

This distinction is important. Namecheap states that its separate 30-day Shared Hosting money-back guarantee applies to qualifying first-time Shared Hosting customers who start their account without the 30-day trial.

Do not assume that taking the free trial automatically gives you another independent 30-day refund period afterward.

Renewal pricing matters

Namecheap’s current monthly renewal pricing is higher than its after-trial introductory pricing. For example, at our latest check, the displayed monthly renewal prices were $5.88 for Stellar, $7.88 for Stellar Plus and $11.88 for Stellar Business.

Longer billing terms have their own prices. Always check the billing period, first charge and renewal amount at checkout because Namecheap can revise pricing.

How to use the offer

  1. Use the CrazyiBuy offer button to open Namecheap’s official Shared Hosting page through our approved Impact affiliate link.
  2. Compare Stellar, Stellar Plus and Stellar Business.
  3. Choose the plan and billing term appropriate for your site.
  4. Confirm that the checkout still shows the 30-day trial before completing signup.
  5. Review what you will be charged after the trial and at later renewal.

When Shared Hosting may not be the right choice

If you need root access, isolated compute resources, infrastructure APIs, containers, Kubernetes or cloud GPU resources, conventional Shared Hosting may not be the best fit. See the CrazyiBuy Vultr guide for an example of a different cloud-infrastructure model.

How CrazyiBuy is compensated

CrazyiBuy participates in the Namecheap affiliate program through Impact. If a qualifying new Namecheap customer follows our affiliate link and makes an eligible purchase under the program rules, CrazyiBuy may receive a commission.

Namecheap requires approved affiliate links to be used directly. For that reason, this offer does not use a CrazyiBuy /go/ redirect.
